I’m citriz this has something to do with the fact the XenApp server couldn’t create the printer correctly, therefore picked cjtrix default printer as Microsoft and screw up all print jobs sent to the physical printer.
But I’m stucked with the Ricoh and Kyocera. I’m using XenApp 6. Click Start and select Devices and Printers. Xenapp isn’t pulling in the local printer no matter what i lcl4. We use XP Embedded thin clients with plugin When they start an app I published thru Pco4 on Xenapp 6. After doing this all the printing issue got resolved for me.
